This allows institutions to support a social responsibility project without additional effort or budget and include it in their CSR reports.
Since 2013, many institutions have received services from experienced occupational physicians, workplace nurses and occupational safety specialists.
Our aim in occupational health and safety is to create lasting value through solution-oriented approaches for both employees and employers, while considering time and cost.
Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette on 30 June 2012.

04LEGAL FRAMEWORK
What the law requires
Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety entered into force on 30 June 2012. It covers all employees — including civil servants, workers, employers, apprentices and interns — across the public sector, private sector and agriculture. Workplaces are classified into three risk tiers based on their primary activity.

Low Risk
Class A, B or C safety specialists may serve.

High Risk
Class A or B safety specialists may serve.
03
Very High Risk
Only class A safety specialists may serve.
