ISTANBUL (IGFA) – Lokman Hekim Health Foundation, which educates medical school students who are trying to complete their education despite financial difficulties with the vision of equal opportunity in education and accessible health for everyone, organized a very special night for the "Doctors of the Future".
Cem Yılmaz, the master of comedy, performed for medical school students at Zorlu Performing Arts Center, Turkcell Stage, and gave the audience a wonderful night.
At the night, Ayhan Tokgöz, the founding Honorary President of the Foundation, expressed his gratitude to Cem Yılmaz and the participants; "We have always worked harder to touch people's lives, to have a share in a better future, to improve them. As one of those who knows best what difficult conditions a medical school student studies under and what great tests a physician goes through to become a physician, my greatest wish is to be with them in this difficult process, to lighten the burden on their shoulders, to be a breath of fresh air," he said.
In her speech at the night, Lokman Hekim Health Foundation Chairman of the Board of Directors Leyla Şeker said; "As Lokman Hekim Health Foundation, we have been working with great enthusiasm to invest in our future since 1986. One of our most valuable motivations is that this effort is supported by different institutions and organizations, as well as our esteemed artists who have become a household name and have an impact on the masses. I would like to thank all the participants who were with us on this meaningful night by purchasing tickets from Cem Yılmaz for their contributions to training the physicians of the future. We have 111 graduate physicians working all over the country and 124 who are still continuing their education. "We are proud of our medical faculty student. Our efforts will continue to improve the future, as we have done so far," he said.
